Victor Joseph Weiss, MS, MD, RVT, FACS
Dr. Weiss graduated AOA from New York Medical College in 1992. He completed an internship and residency in general and vascular surgery at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia from 1992-1999. He served as Assistant Professor of Vascular Surgery at Emory from 1999-2003, and was Director of Non-invasive Vascular Lab at Emory from 1999-2003. He is board certified in General and Vascular Surgery, a member of Young Surgeons Committee for Society of Vascular Surgery, Fellow American College of Surgery, obtained RVT Certificate in 2000, published over 20 articles in Vascular periodicals and written14 book chapters. Dr. Weiss is a native of New Jersey, but presently resides in Branson, Mississippi with his wife, Nicole Anderson-Weiss, an ophthamologist in Jackson, Mississippi, specializing in Cornea/Refractive Surgery.

William J. Harris, MD, FACS
Dr. Harris, a cardiovascular surgeon, is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency in general surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He then completed a fellowship and residency in cardiothoracic surgery at the University of Alabama. He is certified by The American Board of Surgery and The American Board of Thoracic Surgery. He is a member of The Fellow American College of Surgery, The Southern Medical Association, American Medical Association, Mississippi State Medical Association, and The Society of Southern Thoracic Surgeons. Dr. Harris lives in Madison with his wife, Cindy, and three children.

Charles S. O’Mara, MD
Dr. O’Mara is a graduate of Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in general and vascular surgery. He completed a fellowship in vascular surgery at Northwestern University. He is board certified in vascular surgery. He is a distinguished Fellow of the Society for Vascular Surgery and a member of the American College of Surgeons. He has published over 23 articles in vascular periodicals and contributed to over 31 textbook chapters. Dr. O’Mara is a native of Jackson, MS and currently resides in Ridgeland, MS with his wife, Susan.
